902 sqft 2bhk home : Located in Malappuram district, this budget-friendly home belongs to Aniyan and combines everyday conveniences with a simple, welcoming design. Built across 902 square feet at a reported construction cost of ₹13 lakh, the house includes two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Its peaceful rural setting adds to its appeal, while a well in the courtyard provides a distinctive feature of the property.
An adequately sized sit-out welcomes visitors at the front. The pillars feature modest cladding work, adding visual interest without elaborate decoration. Black-and-white vitrified tiles create a contrasting flooring pattern. A wooden main door opens into the living area, which accommodates a sofa, dining table, chairs, and television unit. The wall behind the television is highlighted, creating a focal point within the shared living and dining space.
A staircase stands on the right side of the hall, with a wash area positioned nearby in a corner. Decorative detailing gives the staircase a distinctive appearance. One bedroom is arranged to feel spacious and includes an attached bathroom and wardrobes for storage. The second bedroom also offers comfortable proportions, with shelves providing storage space. It, too, has an attached bathroom, giving both bedrooms convenient access to private facilities.
The kitchen is generously sized, with eye-catching wall tiles contributing to its appearance. An adjoining working kitchen provides additional space for cooking activities. This area also includes a smokeless firewood stove arrangement. Together, the main kitchen and working kitchen support household cooking needs, completing a compact home designed around practical spaces, storage, and essential amenities. 902 sqft 2bhk home Video Credit :
